In companionship with Business Region Bergen, Inclusion was involved in developing and running Business Factory in September this year, a startup programme for entrepreneurs with international background living in the Bergen area. Representatives of Inclusion also played a major role in lecturing at workshops involving business modeling, marketing ans sales as well as mentoring the participants. The mentoring part of the programme lasts until 31 December 2016. The programme is financed by IMDI (Integrerings- og mangfoldsdirektoratet).

Business Factory is also expected to take place in 2017.
